Tip #5 of 10 in the series - Catch-up time – Use the ability to block out time in your book to slot “catch-up” time. Use this time to catch your breath and to keep you running on time. Use this time to sweep, return phone calls and maintain bladder health.
You know your clients and their hair. You know who will turn quickly and who is likely to run over their slot. Be the guardian of your book and the keeper of your mental and physical health.
