What education and resources can a salon or solo artist expect to receive immediately, and then over the first six months, after switching to or adding L’anza’s color line?

Salon owners and stylists will receive a free in-salon class from a L’anza Healing Artist when they purchase an introductory offer, or switch to our conversion program. New users will also get a swatch binder featuring 88 core shades, and formulas for an additional 96 concept colors that can be created with those same core shades. They will also receive essential color materials including bowls, brushes, capes, aprons, and other merchandising tools to ensure salons are “L’anzafied.” As an ongoing support tool, we maintain a toll-free hotline that connects users with board-certified hair colorists ready to address questions or challenges along the way.

What contests or competitions does L’anza have that salons or colorists can participate in?

We run contests “B.I.G.” and small throughout the year, with prizes ranging from product favorites, to a golden ticket for the can’t-miss annual B.I.G. Event. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook and watch for contest alerts.

Where can professionals find formulas and how-tos featuring L’anza color?

Gorgeous, wearable color formulas and application how-tos are available on our YouTube channel. For exclusive content, colorists can sign up at lanzaprofessional.com and access our download library of technical videos and brochures filled with on-trend techniques and step-by-step applications. We share formulas and techniques from L’anza users around the world through social media via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.

Who are L’anza’s lead colorists or educators? How can salons and colorists connect with them?

Global Creative Director Leah Freeman is hands-on with all aspects of L’anza color, from product development to forecasting new color initiatives. She is responsible for translating emerging color trends into practical how-to education. Working closely with Freeman in developing curriculum and class formats is Artistic Design Director, Scott Sueper. Contact them with color-related questions by emailing info@lanza.com.

What business-building education does L’anza offer salons?

We recently launched our Code of Business program, a rich new resource for salons to grow their hair color profitability. We make the connection to tracking performance and goalsetting as the formula for achieving unlimited success. Through salon brand-building and creating the best customer experience, we will take salon owners on a journey toward discovering all the opportunities each client holds—from consultation to client retention.

What additional key color education initiatives are in the works?

Online education will continue to be a huge focus for us in 2017. More video step-by-steps and application tutorials will be created to meet the incredible demand for more L’anza color education. Also, our ever-expanding palette of Color Concepts in both Vibes and Healing Color will inspire colorists to unleash their inner artists, while offering the versatility to customize colors for their clients. And the biggest news: L’anza will be launching an online color certification program in 2017!
