In December, Dyson took to Maxine Salon in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood to celebrate the launch of the Dyson Supersonic blow dryer with top editors and influencers from the windy city.
With a Chicago-based North American headquarters, Dyson wanted to let attendees experience the Supersonic first hand through live demos, which included blowouts and hair styling using the dryer.
Dyson engineers were on-site to answer questions on mechanics and product development, and stylists at Maxine Salon shared their reviews (hint: all positive).
“With the dry-time I now save blow drying hair using the Supersonic, I am now able to take a lunch break during the work day,” said Amy Abramite, creative director at Maxine Salon.
