Macadamia Beauty is pleased to announce beauty veteran Kelly Wensman has joined the company as Global Innovation Director. Kelly brings over 14 years of marketing experience and over a decade in the beauty industry to the company. She has pioneered new product launches and managed countless amounts of campaigns during her time at Jack Black Men’s Grooming, Urban Decay Decay Cosmetics, Paul Mitchell and Ole Henriksen Skincare.
Wensman will lead new innovation and redevelopments for all of the Macadamia Beauty brands, including Macadamia Professional, éprouvage and Flawless by Gabrielle Union. From day one of meeting her, she brought great energy and passion to the team.
“As the Macadamia Beauty brands continue to grow, we are always looking for the best of the best talent to join our teams," Andy Rah, vice president of global marketing says. "Upon meeting Miss. Wensman we knew she would be the perfect addition. Her background speaks for itself and her ambition, personality and creative talent was basically the cap to our shampoo!”
Wensman, a California native, moved to Texas to drive product development at men’s grooming company, Jack Black Men’s Grooming.
“I’m very passionate about bringing groundbreaking, efficacious, and quality new products to market," Wensman says. "It’s going to be an exciting road ahead for Macadamia Beauty and I couldn’t have asked for a better team."
