FORMULA

STEP ONE: "I balayaged with Paul Mitchell Synchro Lift +10 vol about an inch from root to line of demarcation.

STEP TWO: "In the bowl on damp hair I applied the rest of the lightener to the ends and midshaft for about 3 minutes.

STEP THREE: "To tone I used 3/4 oz of 9P + 1/8 oz of 9A + 1/8 oz of 10A + 5 vol. for about 15 minutes."
