At the International Salon and Spa Expo (ISSE) in Long Beach, CA , this past weekend (January 27-29 2018), thousands of licensed beauty professionals headed to the Long Beach Convention Center, filling classrooms, auditoriums, and a show floor to soak up the learning offered and to join together in a love for all things beauty.
