Three new colors expand the rainbow hues and color options for clients: Neon Green and Neon Teal for bright punches of color and Black, which can stand-alone or as a mixer, allowing for multi-tonal, smoked out effects. All shades are formulated with Advanced Direct Dye Technology for even color results that fade on tone.
