High-Lift Bend

Blondes are light this summer! BaBylissPRO used Rusk Deepshine color products to create this look for the Modern Fairytale campaign from CosmoProf and MODERN SALON.

1. Lift hair to a pale blonde using Rusk Deepshine White Luminating Powder Lightener and Rusk Deepshine 20vol Developer.
2. Tone hair with Rusk Deepshine Conditioning Cream Color 10.11AA (Intense Platinum Ash Blonde) and 10vol Developer.
3. Spray Aquage SeaExtend Volumizing Mist generously throughout the hair, and blow-dry with the BaBylissPRO Dryer.
4. Create random texture bend with the BaBylissPRO Ultra-Thin Flat Iron.
