The winners for the 3rd Annual Paul Mitchell Color Outside the Lines competition have been announced. Grand prize winners receive airfare and hotel accommodations to attend the Paul Mitchell Gathering, where they will be recognized during an on-stage presentation. They will also have the opportunity to be part of a Paul Mitchell collection shoot.
