Recently, Welsh was in town for NYFW and took some time to host a one-day hands-on intensive workshop for 20 advanced braiders where she shared her insider tips and techniques for innovative finishes. Held at the Canoe Studios on Manhattan's West Side overlooking the Hudson River, Welsh chose to kick off the workshop by demonstrating her "Pipe Braid" - a modern silhouette that is interesting and fun to create.
