Celeb Luxury founder Leland Hirsch has announced some changes to the Celeb Luxury executive team. Cindy Orr has been named as Vice President and General Manager and Stacy Gaspard comes on as Vice President of Business Development.
Orr joined Celeb Luxury six years ago, serving as Vice President of Research and Development. She worked closely with Hirsch to bring the unique collection of Celeb Luxury products from concept to reality.
During her tenure at Celeb Luxury, Orr was integral to the development of the company’s Viraland Gem Lites Colorwash and Colorditioner with BondFix. This hybrid category of hair color maintenance not only prolongs the life of clients’ hair color, it also helps colorists correct and adjust color and allows them to neutralize chlorine green or unwanted brassy tones and refresh faded ends.
In her new role, Orr will focus on structure, organization, growth--both domestic and international --and on continuing to source breakthrough technologies and staying on top of the changing landscapes of professional product distribution and social media. She also continues to embrace the late General Manager of Celeb Luxury, Andrew Bartfield’s commitment to customer support through education.
Hirsch is also pleased to announce that Stacy Gaspard has joined the Celeb Luxury team. She comes to the company from Beauty Systems Group where she served as Vice President of Merchandising for North America. She will be leading Celeb Luxury’s rapid growth in both domestic and global markets.
A proven merchandising and operations executive, Stacy Gaspard is devoted to professional beauty. She has served in a variety of leadership roles over the course of her esteemed career. As an executive leader, Gaspard has driven growth through product innovation, strong vendor relationships, and best-practice business strategies domestically and globally. Stacy’s decades of experience working with the biggest brands and names in beauty have allowed her to broker deals that have positively impacted the professional beauty space.
