STEP 1: Using Selective Professionals Decolorvit Plus lightener, apply in a freehand balayage technique throughout the hair in zig zag partings. Process to desired lift.
STEP 2: Process for 30 minutes.
STEP 3: Tone with KIS NoYellow Shampoo and then follow with CHI Platinum Blonde Conditioner.
