Firsthand Supply has released its first line of hair and body care products.
The line consists of a Hydrating Shampoo, Hydrating Conditioner and an Activated Charcoal Body Cleanser, all of which are, like their styling counterparts, packaged in containers made from recycled milk jugs.
The company spent months with its chemist formulating these three products in response to its own grievances with shower products that leave hair and skin feeling dry and depleted rather than clean and refreshed. The concept was to create a line that left someone feeling “comfortable” after using their products and not irritated or agitated. They coupled this concept with a campaign to reinforce people feeling comfortable with who they are and not giving in to other’s expectations of who they think they should be.
