This one conversion stopped us in our tracks. Although the client had a beautiful blonde to begin with, it’s Petrova’s lovely toner formula that makes this blonde exceptional.

Here Petrova shares the details for this gentle alteration:
STEP 1: Highlight throughout in foils using Wella Blondor Multi Blonde Powder Lightener blended with 4% developer. Process to desired lift and then shampoo.
STEP 2: While wet, tone with Wella Illumina. At root, apply 7/81 + 8/1 + 1.9% (equal parts) and along mids/lengths apply 10/93 + 10/69 + 8/05 + 1.9% (ratio 1:2). Process for 20 minutes and then rinse.
