She Was Ready To Go SUPER Blonde

Tia Lambourn (@tialambourn_hair), a freelance artist working out of Derby and Nottingham, United Kingdom, had some fun with an existing client. "She was so ready to go super blonde and bright but still wanted it to grow out easy. She wanted a light icy blonde and a blended root shadow."

Here Lambourn shares how she made her dream come true:

STEP 1: Backcomb highlight using Schwarzkopf BlondMe 2% and 6%,  tipping ends out throughout. Lift to a level 10.

STEP 2: Shampoo and apply Schwarzkopf step 2 Keratin BlondMe treatment and mask. Process for 10 minutes.

STEP 3: Root shadow with Wella Color Touch equal parts 5/97, 7/97 and 6/0 and 1.9% developer. Process for 10 minutes then comb down the lengths. Process for an additional five minutes. Shampoo.

STEP 4: Tone with Wella Illumina equal parts 10/69 and 10/1 with Pastel developer and a splash of 6% for an extra boost of lightness. Process for 10 minutes and then rinse.

STEP 5: Blowdry with Olaplex number 6 and 7 with Ibiza Hair tools B7 brush. Add a wave with a GHD soft curl tong.
