STEP 1: In foils with a balayage tip-out, lift using Redken Flash Lift (with PH Bonder added), working from 20 – 30 volume as you approach the top.
STEP 2: Tone using Redken Shades EQ 9v/9t/9g/Clear.
STEP 3: Style using Moroccanoil Smoothing Lotion and Mending Infusion. Bend the mids with a BabylissPRO Nano Titanium 1 inch curling iron.
