She decided to color her hair at home and unfortunately it didn’t come out as she expected. I was able to correct her color in five hours.”

Here Negrón shares the details for the correction:

STEP 1: Cut away the fragile ends and follow up with a Crystal Gel Treatment by Malibu C to detox the hair. 

STEP 2: Using Guy Tang Magnum8 Lightener with Trionics 10 volume developer and Olaplex, apply to the two inch regrowth. Process and lift to a level 9 then drag the lightener to the gold band. Process until everything was a nice even level 10. Rinse and apply a stand-alone Olaplex treatment.

STEP 3: Gloss with Kenra 7SM, melting into 7VM to 10SM at the ends.
