Partnership Between Schedulicity and Cosmoprof

Lauren Salapatek | April 19, 2013 | 8:13 AM

A new partnership with Schedulicity gives CosmoProf and Armstrong McCall customers an easy, affordable and versatile method of offering online booking. A provider of online appointment scheduling systems for small businesses, Schedulicity has an impressive track record of helping stylists to increase their revenue.

Launched in 2009, Schedulicity is now booking 1 million appointments each month. The service has 5.5 million subscribers representing 60 different business types, with salon and beauty as the major industry. By signing up, hair pros can benefit.

Build business. Stylists report at least a 20 percent increase in bookings.

Save time, strengthen client loyalty. Taking calls and playing “phone tag” eats up time you could be better using to focus on the client in your chair.

Limit no-shows. The service includes unlimited appointment reminders to your clients, so your no-shows drop immediately.

Broaden exposure. Salon listings are accessible to customers making appointments with other types of businesses. New clients can discover you! The service also includes e-mail marketing opportunities and lets clients book right from their Facebook page.

To introduce customers to the benefits of Schedulicity, CosmoProf has launched the SuperStylist campaign:

*When you sign up with Schedulicity, you’re entered into a giveaway that month for $1,000 in products that CosmoProf carries.

*It’s free to sign up! Try it at no charge for 60 days.

*To continue after the free period, independent stylists pay $19.95/month and salons with up to 20 stylists on staff pay $39.95/month. All support is included; the company states that there are no “hidden fees.”
