The Independent Cosmetics Manufacturers and Distributors announced the finalists in the association’s 2013 Cosmetic Innovator of the Year Awards. Winners will be announced at the award’s ceremony June 18 at Battery Gardens Restaurant in New York. Carol J. Hamilton, president of L’Oreal’s Luxury Products Division, will be guest speaker and presenter. A panel of five judges will select winners in Product, Packaging and Marketing/Advertising categories.
