Jan Hillenmeyer | August 1, 2013 | 12:02 PM

Joi Rooks is the owner of Fresche Salon in Atlanta, Georgia and a member of the KMS California Artistic Team. She uses two KMS California styling products to add texture and soft curl to a blow drying service.

“This is an easy wave set that can be done on long hair while blow drying—it adds a lot of volume and texture in a short amount of time,” says Rooks.

How To: Easy Wave SetApply KMS California ADDVOLUME styling foam to damp hair for long-lasting body followed by KMS California HAIRSTAY style boost for support.

Working from the nape upward, dry hair with a large round brush. As each section is dried, wrap hair around fingers into a large barrel curl and pin with a duck clip.

Repeat curl and pin around the head.

Remove clips and push hair into shape with hands.
