John Heffner Joins Dry Bar

John Heffner, salon industry veteran has joined Dry Bar, the chain of blow dry salons, as chief executive officer. Heffner has extensive experience in the professional industry and with consumer product brands. He most recently held the position of president of OPI and, prior to that, president and CEO of CND.

Dry Bar has grown from one salon in Brentwood, California in 2010 to a chain of salons offering wash and blow dry services across the country. The company was founded by hairstylist Alli Webb and her brother Michael Landau, former CEO who will stay on with the company.

Heffner’s position will be official December 1. According to Webb, she and the management team always planned to bring on a new CEO with “different skill sets and the experience needed to manage the growing business.” Visit thedrybar.com.
