Beauty Bus Announces New CEO

The board of directors of Beauty Bus Foundation, a nonprofit that brings professional salon services to chronically and terminally ill patients and their care givers, has named Ronda Wilkin chief executive officer. Wilkin has held positions in marketing and public relations, fundraising and business development and as a nonprofit executive director. For the past eight years she served as manager of corporate community involvement for Blue Shield of California where she was responsible for grants and giving, volunteer efforts, employee giving, community engagement and nonprofit capacity building.

“We are thrilled to have Ronda as part of the Beauty Bus family,” says Dan Rosenson, board chairman. “Her experience in the non-profit sector, hands-on as a beauty professional and her compassionate character make her a great addition.
