Maggie Mulhern | January 15, 2014 | 7:05 AM

The Power of Red Collection By IT&LY's Pasquale CaselleInternational Creative Director and Celebrity Stylist Pasquale Caselle created a red story for IT&LY HAIRFASHION, titling the collection "The Power Red".

Here Caselle offers the formula and HOW TO for this finish on model Anastasia (a natural level 5):

STEP 1: Mix equal parts IT&LY’s Aquarly 7RF (Flaming Red Medium Blonde) and 7R (Medium Copper Blonde).

STEP 2: Apply first to the root area.

STEP 3: While processing, mix IT&LY’s tube bleach Blondly with 30 volume developer and apply in slices, lifting the hair to a pale yellow.

STEP 4: Once achieved, remove the foils and run the remaining 7RF and 7R mixture through the hair from roots to ends.

STEP 5: Process for 10 minutes and then shampoo and condition thoroughly. Towel dry.

STEP 6: Mix IT&LY’s Light + Passion toner in Copper with 10 volume developer. Apply the color from roots to ends. Process for 20 minutes to add that extra power to the red.

STEP 7: After processing, rinse, shampoo and condition with IT&LY’s Advanced Color Protection to preserve and condition the hair.
