Aveda is celebrating its 30th anniversary in September by re-launching its very first product-Clove Pure Plant Shampoo originally developed in 1978. The iconic product is returning this September as Vintage Clove Shampoo, inspired by the original and containing both certified organic clove and coffee to cleanse and enhance brown and warm honey-toned hair.
The packaging suggests the design of the 1978 version, but the new bottles are made of 96 percent post-consumer recycled materials and the dispensing closure is made of 100 percent recycled plastic caps collected by Aveda employees and students.
