THE BUZZ: According to Aquage founder and Vice President of Creative Luis Alvarez, "I want this academy to create an environment where other salon professionals can be inspired, learn, grow, and at the end of the day, become more successful both creatively and financially." Michael Van den Abbeel and Kiri Wollheim, owners of Mosaic Hair Studio in Orlando, said, "Oh, we got all that and more."
