"Cutting, coloring or changing one's hair style is the biggest decision some people make in a week, even a month," explains Fogarty. "We wanted to make it easy for clients to talk through taking a step in a new direction, and we thought online was a great resource to do so. It's for those who want to get their feet wet, but don't know where to start or who are too busy for an in-person consultation."
