Most editors and photographers like to get backstage at fashion shows close to show time to see the finished looks. For a change, I decided to get to the Cynthia Rowley showing her fall/winter 2011 Collection very early...in fact, before all but one of the models arrived. This is typically three hours before show time.
It was fantastic. Designer Cynthia Rowley came to the hair room to work with Rita Morena (for Redken) to create this messy undone "bun". I've heard the designers can be very "hands on" with the hair look, but this was a real surprise and treat.
