Robert Cromeans. Scottish garb? Check. Feather in your cap? Check.

Janine Jarman has THE COOLEST style out there. We love her edgy look, happy attitude and super sharp business sense.

Ted Gibson! Pink shirt and a huge smile and you're good to go!

Brig Van Osten is a Halloween costume WAITING to happen! Her look is so easily identified, it's a wonder she hasn't trademarked it!

Drag Gaga ROCKED it at the VMAs. All you need is a black wig, dark make-up, a white T, and black trousers.

The world cheered when Beyonce showed off her new baby bump at the VMAs. All you need is a "Single Ladies" leotard and some stuffing for your tummy. And, of course, amazing hair and make-up.

Charlie Sheen acted a fool this year, but we still love him. All you need is a retro casual button-down shirt with paneled colors. People will know who you are; in case the drugs and prostitutes dont give it away.

Conan O'Brien, our favorite ginger! It shouldn't be too hard to get this look. Style a red wig with a side-part and a backcombed flip, pair it with a suit and maybe a mic and youre good to go!

Our princess, Kate Middleton, has already rocked the fashion scene this year. Her signature nude pantyhose and stylish blue dress, arm held closely by her Prince, is the perfect costume.

Kim Kardashian made major headlines this year with her over-the-top wedding to Kris Humphries. All you need for this look is long, dark hair extensions, heavy eye make-up and faux lashes, and a heavy spray tan. Grab your tightest-fitting dress and out the door you go.

Muammar Gaddafi? Why not! This former ruler definitely has a signature style... grab some shades and a military uniform and voila!

Macho Man! Gone too soon, yes, but what better way to pay tribute?

Cant get enough of the Jersey Shore? JK. But, if you want a costume thats easy to pull together, try our Snooki. Backcomb your hair like crazy, add in a butterfly clip, get a spray tan, and youre set. Snooki-ized!

Natalie Portman was a huge hit in 2011 for her incredible performance in Black Swan. Think you could pull off the look? Heavy make-up, lots of feathers and a killer ballerina outfit.

We lost a good one this year with Amy Winehouse. A true lover of the beehive, itd be easy enough to replicate her style.

We might see a few Simon Cowells this year, wearing black v-neck Ts and giving a big thumbs down!

Alrighty, stylists, Halloween is the time to shine and REALLY show off that creativity we know you're blessed with... but, here comes the age old question... what to be, what to be?!

Even with unmistakeable celebrity looks like Madonna, Marilyn Monroe and Michael Jackson, we couldn't help doing a little polling of our own, and went hunting on the internet for our favorite, most current and topical, costumes for Halloween 2011. Make sure you've got your sense of humor, and then check out the slideshow!

What we found online:

Celebrities who dress like it's Halloween every day: Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Nicky Minaj, David Arquette, Elton John, Marilyn Manson

Celebrities Who Made Headlines in 2011: Charlie Sheen, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kim Kardashian, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Rupert Murdoch, Pippa Middleton

Group Celebrity Costumes: The Real Housewives of [Wherever], the cast of "Jersey Shore," the Seven Dwarfs, The Jonas Brothers, the Kardashians

Political "Stars": Anthony Weiner, Sara Palin, Michelle Bachman, Herman Cain, Ron Paul, Occupy Wall Street protestor, Occupy Wall Street cop

Celebrity Couples: Ashton and Demi, Brad and Angelina, Jennifer and Justin, Kate and William, Katy Perry and Russell Brand, Justin and Selena, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, Rupert and Wendi Murdoch, Kimberly Stewart and Robert Pattison

Politically incorrect, distasteful "celebrity" costume ideas that we do NOT recommend: Casey Anthony, Chaz Bono, dead Charlie Sheen, Dr. Conrad Murray, Osama bin Laden

Though Steve Jobs is SURE to be a huge costume this year, and we're bound to see plenty of Casey Anthonys, here's to keeping it creative, fun, and maybe a little bit sexy! And, if you're stumped on what to dress up as at the salon.. why not have some fun and go with one of our industry's finest?
