Licensed: I have three at the moment, including my managers license from Marinello School of Beauty, 1992

Beauty legend you respect: Rita Rusk was the only woman hairdresser I had to look up to in Scotland. My aunties used to go to her and tell me what she was wearing. She ALWAYS wore glasses that matched her outfit!

Choose beauty because: You can have it all—from having a family to running a successful to salon to being the CEO of a product manufacturer - the beauty business has so many avenues you can take. It is a beautiful thing.
