Three highlights of your career:
- The first time I was on a Distributor/Account incentive trip. We flew business class to Sardinia, Italy and hosted a 5 star sales meeting.
- Building a successful National Account Division for Sexy Hair from ground up while putting together some of the best sales talent in the industry.
- Watching Michael O'Rourke win the NAHA Lifetime Achievement award.
Beauty legend you respect: Donna Federici for her amazing spirit and talent. Donna can always be counted on to mentor a hard worker. She understands the value of our heritage in the professional beauty industry while helping to create a future for our professional women. Donna also has an innate talent to successfully package genius creative ideas.
Choose beauty because: Even though it is 2011, reports suggest that in the US women are still paid less than men for the same job. Not so in the beauty industry. Whether women are behind the chair, working for a manufacturer or doing one of the many other jobs this industry affords us, we are able to command the same salary as men.
