Filling the BooksIf you have to discount, make it count. That’s what Claudia Diesti does to promote her Styles by Claudia suite. At, she posts one special, but clients can only get it if they provide a name and e-mail address, which goes in her file. Then, anytime she has a cancellation, she sends an e-blast to everyone about the opening. The cancellation is filled every time and she’s currently 100-percent booked two weeks in advance.
