Hannah Thirkettle on the Bb Salon for Virgin Atlantic

Hannah Thirkettle is the "Head of the Hair Department" for Virgin Atlantic Airlines. We caught up with her at a press event announcing the new mini Bumble and Bumble salon that is part of the Virgin Atlantic Lounge located in the JFK airport serving NYC. Although we were witnessing just part of a scaled down "pop up" experience, Thirkettle was still able to offer the high end services out of a touring steamer trunk filled with products and tools. In this video, she fills us in on what it means to be in the HAIR DEPARTMENT of an international airline.
