1. Apply 1 oz of the Herbal Soak to foot spa. Soak for 8 to 10 minutes. Exfoliating properties in the soak loosens skin and breaks down calluses. Treating one foot at a time, remove dead skin from the bottom of the foot with a foot file. Place feet back in spa.

 

2. Remove first foot; apply Sea Salt Scrub to foot. Massage to remove any remaining rough skin. Rinse well and dry. Repeat on the other foot.
