Linh Phan (@bescene), one of MODERN'S favorite artists, created this peek-a-boo color design that has caused quite a stir on instagram. Here Phan offers the HOW TO:
Step 1 : Create a classic graduated a line bob haircut.
Step 2 : Isolate a horseshoe section the top.
S tep 3: Take diagonal back slices from the front of the ear to the back of the ear.
Step 4: Using Schwarzkopf Blondme lightener blended with 30 volume developer, take half inch sections and place in foil.
Step 5: Process until level 9. Rinse out, blow dry.
Step 6: Using Pravana Vivids Blue, cover all pre-lightened areas (saturation is key)
Step 7: Process 20 minutes. Rinse out, blow dry.
Step 8: Straighten, texturize with heavy point cutting to expose the blue.
