For Keune’s Fall/Winter 2014 Collection, hair returns to a softer, more natural state with powerful volume and deep, rich tints says Keune International Creative Artistic Director Ilham Mestour. “For me, the magic word is ‘minimalism.’ Things that are simple can also be very strong. We’re not talking about mass trends that everyone should follow just because it’s hip. Instead, we are looking at who we are and how we want the world to see us. We always tend to find our strength in simplicity and return to the timelessness of classics. We see styles from the 1960s, like the bouffant—round shapes with volume at the crown. The finishes are feminine, sexy and effortless. That’s precisely the type of hair women want.”
