We can say definitively that if there were a star who stole the show at the 2014 CMAs, it was Miranda Lambert. Throughout wardrobe changes, makeup changes and taking her hair from Hollywood glam to textured to straight and sleek, she looked head-to-toe flawless.

And she went home with four awards, too—like we said, Miranda Lambert was THE winner last night.

For her red carpet walk with hubby Blake Shelton, Lambert wore a romantic, soft pink gown that was old Hollywood glam in a modern, subtle way. Her bob was a perfect fit with retro waves, and Pureology Artistic Ambassador Sandra Joseph shares how she would recreate Lambert's look (originally styled by Johnny Lavoy) below.

GET THE LOOK: HOLLYWOOD WAVES

STEP 1: Protect and strengthen that blonde! Apply a small amount of Pureology Strength Cure Fabulous Lengths on damp hair from roots to ends.

STEP 2: Layer two pumps Pureology Bodifying Luminator texturizing shine-foam and one pump of Pureology Gold Definer contour shine-gel for volume, control and shine. Blowdry with a medium round brush to create bend and bounce.

STEP 3: Using a 3/4-inch iron, curl hair around the iron. Pin hair with prong clips and let cool.

STEP 4: Take out clips, create a side-part and brush hair with a soft-bristle brush. Smooth right side behind the ear and secure with pins.

STEP 5: Emulsify a small amount of Pureology Density Definer medium-hold crème wax in palm of hands. Smooth top and right side for extra polish and shine.

STEP 6: Finish by piecing remaining locks with more Density Definer.
