Blonde shag by Robin Warriner

Robin Warriner (disheveled_elegance), co-founder of Lakshmi Hair Studio, Philadelphia, Pa., created this gorgeous shaggy blonde that we found on instagram.

Here Warriner shares the formula on her natural level 8 client:

Step 1: Lift the hair with Wella Blondor Creme + 20 volume. Apply from root to end in 1/2 inch sections.

Step 2: Process under heat for 20 minutes. Shampoo and condition the hair.

Step 3: Gloss with Color touch 1 1/2oz 0/6 + 1/2oz 0/00 + 4oz Intensive Emulsion for about 7 minutes. Rinse and condition the hair.

From Foiled and Damaged To Luscious Red

Maggie Mulhern | October 1, 2017

"This client had been doing full foils for years, and her hair showed it," says Tiffinie Morton (@hairbytiffinie). "We had been working on getting her hair healthier and decided to try something new. She initially wanted to go to a warm level 5 but I talked her into trying this to ease her into being darker since she had been blonde for so long." Details here.
