Whitney Vite (@whitvite) of the Nicholas J. Salon and Spa in South Bend, Indiana,  went icy for Maria's (another hairstylist in the salon) color. "We usually go icy white all over with the color," says Vite. "She had more of a bob so we took it short and tight in the back to give it more of a pixie look. We liked how the color looked a little grown out so we left her new growth for a bit with that cut."

Step 1: Lighten with Schwarzkopf Vario and 30 volume developer.

Step 2: Process for 30 minutes and then shampoo and condition the hair.

Step 3: Apply Blonde Me Ice and Lilac blonde tone. Process for approximately 7 minutes.

To style, "I just round brushed and smoothed her hair out with the flat iron. I put a little bit of paste to give more of the textured look."
