Fashionistas will be all a flutter with news that fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff has joined the essie creative team as their new global color designer.   Minkoff collaborated on the new essie spring 2015 collection  of nail colors inspired by floral fashions on the runway and flowers in spring gardens.

The six fresh shades in the collection will be offered as both polish and gel formulas.
