The Wednesday shows of NYFW (the second to last day) are usually the most fun. Today kicked off with the Malan Breton F/W 2015 collection at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week tents.

Leading the show Frankie Grande (Ariana's brother) sporting a fuchsia suit and helmet which was pulled off half way down the runway to reveal a platinum mohawk with matching fuchsia tips. "I get my hair done at Hairoine," he told MODERN moments before hitting the catwalk. When asked if it was in the Hollywood or NY location, he said "Both! I love that salon."

Before Grande and the rest of the models hit the runway, MODERN got a chance to catch up with Emily Luciano of Ecru to get an overview of the three key looks. Here she offers the HOW TO:

Double Bun

  1. Pull hair into a tight pony on top of the head. Smooth flyaways with  bit of ECRU New York Acacia BB Cream around the hairline. Get 2 hair doughnuts one large and one small
  2. Pull the pony through the large doughnut,  divide hair into 2 sections
  3. Wrap one  section around doughnut creating a large bun,  slide the small doughnut around remaining hair
  4. Attach small doughnut to large one with heavy duty hairpins
  5. Wrap remaining hair around small doughnut creating a smaller bun onto of the large bun, secure with pins spray generously with Ecru Max Hairspray

Asymmetrical Bob

  1. Apply ECRU New York Acacia Protein Oil
  2. Cut strong diagonal bang starting over one eye and working down to jaw covering the opposite eye
  3. Cut back into a stacked bob Apply a bit more Acacia Oil and dry perimeter under with a round brush creating a beveled bang

Men's “Vampire” Hair

  1. Part off sides and slick tight with Ecru New York Max Hairspray
  2. Apply ECRU New York Volumizing Silk Mist to remaining hair
  3. Blow dry up and back creating a pompadour
  4. Spray with Ecru Styling Spray
