Step 1: Hand paint using a heavy balayage technique. Formulas: Schwarzkopf BlondMe Powder Lightener with 20 volume and 30 volumes (alternating for dimension). Process to the desired lift.
Step 2: Tone at the sink using Schwarzkopf Royal 9.5-22 with 10 volume to neutralize some of the warmth.
