This rich blonde was created by Katelin Wise at a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, By Happenstance: A Beauty Room (@abeautyroom), in Red Bluff, CA.
Her client was already blonde so Wise added lowlights and toned for this sunny blonde finish.
