Kelly Pham-Do (@excellenthairsalon), a senior hairstylist at Excellent Hair Salon & Spa Inc in Fremont California, sent us thIS wonderful transformation and we asked for more details. Pham-Do shares  how she corrected this color, offering a lower maintenance and less brassy blonde:

"Khatera is a natural level 4, and loves being blonde. She had been highlighting her hair for years and since it was too much maintenance, she had only been getting her base touched up a light brown color for the past year. This time she decided to go back to blonde."

Step 4: Balayage the hair outside of foils with the leftover lightener.

Step 5: Process at room temperature for 30 minutes. Rinse, tre at with  Olaplex #1 for  10 minutes and rinse again. Apply Olaplex #2 for 10 minutes. Shampoo  & towel dry.
