FORMULAS & APPLICATION:

 

Natural level 6

 

1. 1 oz Wella Blondor Multi-Blonde Powder + 1 ½ oz Wella Koleston Perfect 10-volume developer. (Mix a second batch to complete the application, if needed.) Apply to all hair and process low and slow for 45 minutes until very pale yellow. Lightly shampoo, then apply a Wella service for 5 minutes to even the porosity.

 

2. Demipermanent toner, 5 oz 10/6 + ½ oz 10/1 +½ oz 0/00 Wella Color Touch + with 3 oz Color Touch 1.9%. Apply to thoroughly towel-dried hair and process 15 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly and towel-dry.

 

3. Apply 2 oz Sebastian Cellophanes in Ice Blonde roots to ends, then cover hair with a plastic cap and process under heat for 15 minutes. Remove the cap and allow to cool for 5 minutes before the final rinse.
