Oscarluis Alcala,  (@makeupbyomae) an artist from Venezuela, now based at Perfection by Oscarluis Alcala, Houston, Texas, says that on this client's first visit she confessed that her hair was black and she bleached it to start getting red and it turned red and black. "I decided to foil some pieces and toned with a platinum violet from Kleral System hair 9.75 and 10 volume." Alcala and the client liked what they saw and decided to move forward.

Step 1: Foil the hair using Wella Blondor with 20, 30, 40 developers with Olaplex. Keep color off root.

Step 2: After one hour retouch the bleach from every foil. Process 40 minutes and rinse. Shampoo with Violet Blonde shampoo from Kleral System followed by True Keratin Shampoo Moroccan Miracle Sulfate Free System and Olaplex number 2. Condition with Super Sleek Deep Conditioner from True Keratin. ("Her roots were all black and the mids and ends orange, yellow and blonde.")

Step 3: Apply 25% 6.01 Genus Hair Color 25% with with 50% Kleral System Hair Color 6.0. 1 centimeter blue and 1 centimeter violet, with developer 10 volume. Apply two inches at the root to blend the bleached line.

Step 4: Tone the rest of the hair with Kenra 7SM with 9 volume developer, and then a weft of hair with Kenra 8SM with 9 volume. Process according to the manufacturers instructions and then rinse. Shampoo and condition.
