Ellie Espinoza (@styledbyElie) of Red door Spa, Bethesda MD says this her new client arrived with orange hair and roots. Here, Espinoza shares the details on this beautiful transformation:

Step 1: To the root apply Wella Blondor with 30 volume developer (with a splash of 40 volume) for 40 minutes.

Step 2: After that apply a color wash (Blondor with Kerastase Moisture shampoo and 20 volume developer) from mid’s to end’s. Process for 15 minutes. Shampoo with a purple shampoo (Espinoza used Matrix).

Step 3: Tone with Wella Color Touch ½ a tube 10/1, ½ tube 10/6, ½ tube 00 clear with 6 volume. Process for 15 minutes. Rinse and condition the hair.
