Just LOVE it when hairdressers break-it-down and share their process.  The very talented @colorbykalen brought her client from tame to totally transformed.

“She came in with a grown-out pixie, prelightened mids and ends, and about two inches of level 5 regrowth," says Kalen. “Thank you @schwarzkopfusa @framarint and @olaplex for making AMAZING colors like this possible!”

How-to:

1. Bleached her regrowth with 40 vol and @olaplex (wouldn't be possible without it!) toned with 9V 9T. Shaved her sides and gave her a textured pixie before applying color (top middle image).

2. Mixed @schwarzkopfusa #igoracolorworx blue, purple, and white 1:2:3. Paneled her bottom layer, and shadowed her roots, smudging through the mids. (Top right).

3. Rinsed and pulled color down through the ends to create a pastel blue.
