With more than 25 years experience in sales and customer service in the professional beauty industry, Billings is strategizing on ways to increase business through concise planning while implementing new selling techniques through periodic employee trainings. She also ensures all orders expedite in a timely manner and will work with her teams to improve response time as the brand continues to grow and expand.
