The International Franchise Association's (IFA) Franchise Education & Research Foundation announced the winners of its second annual Franchising Gives Back Awards, who were honored at an awards dinner on September 12 in Washington D.C.  Sport Clips Haircuts  received a Support Our Veterans Award and Sport Clips Founder & CEO Gordon Logan was on hand to accept the award.
