Preview: Premiere Birmingham, Oct 23–24

The Premiere Birmingham tradeshow and education event will be held October 23–24, 2016 at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Alabama. There will be stage presentations, classroom education and hands-on workshops on a wide variety of topics in categories such as texture, barbering, extensions and weaves, nails, dayspa services and business practices.

MODERN and the industry mourns the loss of Gino Trunzo who died yesterday in Mexico of a heart attack. Trunzo made a name for himself in the nail world as both a manicurist and essie’s Assistant Vice President and was named assistant vice president of business development for Redken and Pureology earlier this year.
